Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to women, infants, and children enrolled in the program.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Educate patients and families on health promotion and disease prevention.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated health services.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulations.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care as needed.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
• Knowledge of women, infant, and child health care practices.

Desired Experience

• Minimum of 2 years and maximum of 5 years of nursing experience in a relevant field.
• Experience in maternal and child health, public health nursing, or related specialty.
• Familiarity with health education and community outreach initiatives.
