Real Estate Agent (Licensed) – South Shore / Bridgewater, MA | Leads, Support & Growth.

HFM Realty is seeking licensed real estate agents to serve Bridgewater and surrounding South Shore communities. This opportunity is ideal for agents who want access to leads, client inquiries, and resources to grow their business in a strong suburban market.

Job Type:

• Full-time / Part-time.
• Commission-based.
• Work remotely with full support, training, and systems in place.

Responsibilities:

• Work with buyer and seller leads.
• Conduct showings, open houses, and listing presentations.
• Manage incoming inquiries and convert opportunities.
• Market and list residential properties.
• Negotiate contracts and manage transactions through closing.
• Build and maintain a consistent client pipeline.

Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts Real Estate License ( required ).
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of South Shore communities (preferred).
• New and experienced agents welcome.
