——岗位方向 :
基于生理信号、行为习惯及认知等无创数据,结合医学信息学与公共卫生信息学方法,开展以下研究方向:
• 寿命预测模型(Longevity Modeling)
• 无创衰老评估(Non-invasive Aging Assessment)
• 长寿机制与健康干预数据建模
——岗位职责
1. 研究与方向探索
o 基于医学、生理学、生物信息学等背景,开展前沿健康方向的调研与挖掘
o 构建寿命与衰老相关的数据分析与研究框架
2. 技术方案与体系搭建
o 独立完成智能健康信息学相关技术调研、方案设计
o 搭建评估体系(指标体系、验证方法、数据标准)
3. 行业与学术研究
o 跟踪行业前沿技术与学术进展(Review)
o 参与技术交流,对外部技术方案进行系统性评估与验证
4. 算法研发
o 独立完成算法设计、开发、评估与调优
o 构建健康数据建模及预测模型
5. AI应用落地
o 运用机器学习、深度学习等方法解决健康领域创新问题
o 推动AI在健康评估、风险预测、衰老分析中的实际应用
——岗位要求
1. 教育背景
o 硕士及以上学历
o 相关专业: 生物信息学 / 医学信息学 / 生物医学工程 / 智能医学工程 / 公共卫生等
2. 研究与技术能力
o 具备以下方向之一或多个经验:
医学健康大数据分析
健康统计建模
医疗数据建模与分析
医学信息提取(NLP/结构化处理)
3. 编程能力
o 熟练掌握至少两种语言: Python MATLAB C / C++
4. 加分项
o 有医疗卫生研究院/科研机构工作经验
o 在以下方向有研究成果者优先: 再生医学 机能退化评估 认知退化评估(如阿尔茨海默等方向)

We are at the forefront of the Greater Bay Area's booming health technology sector, dedicated to pioneering research in longevity science and intelligent healthcare. We are seeking a visionary Senior Research to lead our cutting-edge initiatives in aging and lifespan modeling.
Research Focus:
Longevity Modeling: Developing predictive frameworks for lifespan estimation.
Non-invasive Aging Assessment: Creating evaluation systems to quantify biological aging without invasive procedures.
Data Modeling for Longevity Mechanisms & Health Interventions: Analyzing the mechanisms of aging and modeling the impact of health interventions.
Job Responsibilities
1. Research & Strategic Exploration
Leverage expertise in medicine, physiology, and bioinformatics to conduct in-depth research and exploration of frontier health initiatives.
Architect comprehensive data analysis and research frameworks specifically focused on longevity and aging.
2. Technical Architecture & System Development
Independently lead technical research and solution design related to Intelligent Health Informatics.
Establish robust evaluation systems, including the development of metric frameworks, validation methodologies, and data standards.
3. Industry & Academic Engagement
Monitor and analyze cutting-edge industry technologies and academic progress through systematic literature reviews.
Participate in technical exchanges and conduct rigorous assessments and validations of external technical solutions.
4. Algorithm R&D
Independently manage the full lifecycle of algorithms, including design, development, evaluation, and fine-tuning.
Build sophisticated health data models and predictive analytics models.
5. AI Application & Implementation
• Utilize Machine Learning (ML) and Deep Learning (DL) to solve innovative challenges within the healthcare domain.
• Drive the practical application of AI in health assessments, risk prediction, and aging analysis.
Qualifications & Requirements:
1. Education & Background
• Degree: Master’s degree or higher.
• Major: Bioinformatics, Medical Informatics, Biomedical Engineering, Intelligent Medical Engineering, Public Health, or closely related fields.
2. Research & Technical Expertise
• Proven experience in one or more of the following areas:
o Big Data Analytics: Extensive experience in medical and health-related big data analysis.
o Statistical Modeling: Strong background in health statistics and quantitative modeling.
o Data Modeling: Expertise in medical data modeling and in-depth analytical methodologies.
o Information Extraction: Proficiency in Medical NLP (Natural Language Processing) and the structured processing of clinical data.
3. Programming Skills
• Proficiency in at least two of the following programming languages:
• Python
• MATLAB
• C / C++
4. Preferred Qualifications(
• Prior working experience in medical/health research institutes or scientific research organizations.
• A proven track record of research publications or projects in the following areas is highly desirable:
o Regenerative Medicine
o Functional Deterioration Assessment
o Cognitive Decline Assessment (e.g., Alzheimer's disease and related fields)
