Overview Looking for an addition to our team. Someone with initiative ,strong organizational skills and work ethic. Excellent computer skills are a requirement as data entry is an important part of the job. Retail sales experience and knowledge of Quickbooks a plus. We use Quickbooks for invoicing, ordering, and record keeping. Ability to answer busy phones and interact with customers easily. Willing to step in to help with sales when we get busy. Mut have reliable transportation.

Duties

• Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain and organize files, ensuring easy access to important documents.
• Provide administrative support including data entry, document preparation, and proofreading.
• Utilize QuickBooks for basic financial record keeping and invoicing.
• Offer customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Perform personal assistant duties as needed to support executives or team members.

Skills

• Proficiency in QuickBooks is preferred for financial management tasks.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent administrative skills with a keen eye for detail in proofreading documents.
• Effective customer support abilities to enhance client satisfaction.
• Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience with calendar management for scheduling appointments and meetings.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
