Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Remote Part-Time Transcriptionist to accurately convert audio recordings into written documents. You will work on medical, technical, and general transcription projects, ensuring high-quality, error-free, and timely output. This role is ideal for self-motivated individuals who can manage deadlines independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately transcribe audio recordings into written documents
• Proofread and edit transcriptions for grammar, clarity, and formatting
• Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive information
• Meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality work
• Communicate with supervisors regarding unclear audio or project requirements

Requirements:

• Previous transcription or administrative experience
• Excellent listening, typing, and proofreading skills
• Strong command of English grammar and punctuation
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable internet connection and home workspace
• U.S. Citizenship required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with transcription software or tools
• Familiarity with medical, technical, or corporate terminology
• Previous remote work experience

Compensation: $18–$22/hour (based on experience)
