Recruiting Coordinator ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and schedule interviews across teams, levels and time zones using Microsoft Teams
Partner with recruiters, hiring managers and HR to align on interview logistics
Manage high-volume scheduling with precision and urgency
Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the process
Send interview confirmations, agendas and prep materials
Maintain accurate data in iCIMS and track candidate activity
Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and adjust quickly
Coordinate panel interviews and debrief sessions
Ensure compliance with internal processes and data accuracy
Identify ways to improve scheduling workflows and candidate experience
What You’ll Need Recruiting Coordinator Requirements
1–3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support or scheduling
Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and pivot quickly
Professional, customer-first mindset
Experience with iCIMS or similar ATS preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams required
