Receptionist/Office Assistant
Front desk receptionist/Office Assistant position for a busy law firm. Looking for someone with at least 2 years of office experience. Duties include filing, answering the phone, managing calendars, correcting draft letters, copying, scanning, sending emails, handling all outgoing and incoming mail, client contact, ordering supplies, preparing hearing notebooks. Posting on social media platforms
Must have a professional appearance and attitude. Attention to details and ability to follow instructions is required. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite. Must be proficient with Outlook, Word, Adobe, and Excel.
This is an hourly position, with pay based on experience. 40 hours a week. 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. (Specific hours are negotiable, ie 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.). Non-Smoking office. Only qualified candidates who live within 40 miles of Earlysville will be considered
