Schedule & Compensation
This role is perfect for an experienced leader looking to maximize their weekend earning potential.
- Weekend-Only Hours: Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (schedule takes effect after initial training).
- Premium Pay: Enjoy increased pay rates compared to standard weekday supervisor positions!
- Structured Breaks: Each shift includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch break and two 15-minute paid breaks.
- Benefits: Please note that as a part-time role, this position does not include a benefits package.
What You Will Do
As the Production Supervisor, you will be the anchor of the weekend shift. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Lead & Motivate: Manage, hire, and qualify production staff. You will build a confident team, resolve interdepartmental issues, and foster a culture of constructive feedback and recognition.
- Drive Production & Planning: Ensure production output hits the schedule targets without sacrificing safety or quality. You will collaborate with the Production Manager and Planning department to define weekly schedules.
- Champion LEAN Manufacturing: Understand, apply, and train your team on LEAN principles. You will drive continuous improvement by maintaining an efficient Shop Floor Management system.
- Maintain Safety & Standards: Keep the production floor clean and safe. You will enforce safety regulations and interpret company policies to ensure total compliance.
- Direct Operations: Interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders to accurately assign duties to appropriate personnel.
Track & Coordinate: Maintain accurate time and production records, and confer with other Supervisors and departments to keep operations running smoothly.
