About the Role: Golden Racket Academy is looking for a passionate Tennis professional to join our network in Palm Springs. Our local clients (ranging from absolute beginners at Ruth Hardy Park to competitive players across Palm Desert and Indian Wells) are looking for high-quality, 1-on-1 coaching. You bring the energy and the expertise; we bring the clients and handle the billing.

We serve premium clients who expect excellent coaching, clear communication, and a consistent experience. You bring the coaching expertise to the court; we handle the operations, marketing, client acquisition, and billing.

What You'll Do:

• Coach private and small-group tennis lessons for mixed ages and skill levels.
• Provide individualized feedback on technique, movement, and strategy.
• Create simple, effective lesson plans tailored to each student's specific goals.
• Communicate promptly and professionally with clients regarding lesson logistics.

What We Are Looking For:

• 1+ years of coaching experience.
• Professionalism, punctuality, and the ability to work independently.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local courts.
