Responsibilities Successful candidates are expected to develop research programs that are internationally recognized with significant and sustained funding, incorporate interdisciplinary collaboration with researchers across campus, and demonstrate a strong commitment to excellence in education. Teaching undergraduate and graduate courses and supervising undergraduate, graduate, and post-doctoral researchers are expected. Minimum Qualifications Candidates must possess a Ph.D. in chemical engineering, or a related discipline, and demonstrate documented potential for outstanding research. Although all applications will be reviewed, priority will be given to candidates that complement and build upon our research in polymers and soft materials. Areas of particular interest include sustainable polymers such as bioderived/biodegradable polymers and circular polymerization/depolymerization research, energy-related applications of polymers, novel polymers for biomedical applications, and expertise in high-throughput experiments. Pay Plan This is a Faculty position. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate is subject to a pre-employment screening which includes a review of criminal records, reference checks and verification of education.
