Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant
Location: Charleston, SC
Position Overview
Essential HealthCare Solutions, LLC (“EHS”) is actively pursuing Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) to provide health clinic services to support various organizations. The provider will work collaboratively with Physicians and interdisciplinary staff to ensure safe and effective patient care.
Minimum Qualifications
For Nurse Practitioner :
· Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
· National certification (FNP, AGACNP, or ENP)
· Current, unrestricted RN/APRN license
· One (1) year of healthcare field experience, including urgent care, within the last three (3) years.
· DEA registration
Compensation
Rate: $65/hr.
For Physician Assistant :
· Graduate of an accredited PA program
· Current NCCPA certification
· Current, unrestricted license
· One (1) year of healthcare field experience, including urgent care, within the last three (3) years.
· DEA registration
Compensation
Rate: $45/hr.
For Both :
· Professional liability with tail insurance
· Current BLS and ACLS certification
· Experience in emergency or urgent care preferred
· Must be able to obtain security clearance to access the work site
· U.S. citizenship
Duties and Responsibilities
· Conduct medical screening examinations and patient evaluations
· Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and injuries within the scope of practice
· Order and interpret diagnostic studies
· Initiate treatment plans and perform approved procedures
· Collaborate with supervising Emergency Physicians
· Document encounters accurately and promptly in the health record
· Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement activities
· Maintain compliance with all clinic policies and federal regulations
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, excluding Federal Holidays – 6:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
