Job Description

Join our team as a Night Auditor at Spark by Hilton Mystic Groton, located in beautiful Mystic, CT. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the hotel’s nightly financial operations run smoothly while providing excellent customer service to our guests during overnight hours. This position offers a great opportunity to work in a dynamic hospitality environment with a reputable company. Responsibilities

• Perform nightly auditing of all hotel accounts, including balancing daily financial transactions and preparing reports.
• Check guests in and out during overnight shifts, ensuring accurate registration and payment processing.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Monitor and secure the premises during the night shift to ensure guest safety and hotel security.
• Assist with various administrative tasks and support front desk operations as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in hospitality or front desk operations preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accounting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work overnight shifts reliably.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
