Job Description

Millennium Hotels and Resorts is on the lookout for a detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our dedicated team. As a Night Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth operation during the night shift while providing excellent customer service to our guests during their stay.

Your responsibilities will include reconciling daily financial transactions, processing check-ins and check-outs, and addressing any inquiries or requests from guests in a professional and friendly manner. This position requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail, as you will be responsible for generating reports and maintaining financial accuracy.

You will be the go-to person for resolving any issues that may arise during the night and ensuring that our guests receive the best possible service. If you are a night owl with a passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to excellence, we would love to have you on our team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and prepare daily revenue reports.
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Handle cash handling and reconciliation of daily receipts.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain the safety and security of the hotel and its guests.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all guest needs are met.
  • Collaborate with front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Complete end-of-day tasks in the hotel management system accurately.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; coursework in hospitality management is a plus.
  • Prior experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar hotel role is preferred.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
  • Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong customer service skills with a commitment to providing a positive guest experience.
