Job Description

Shift: 5:45 PM – 6:15 AM | 12-hour continental schedule (3 days one week, 4 days the next, off every other weekend)

We are hiring a Laminator Operator I to safely operate laminating equipment, ensure product quality, and support production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for experienced machine operators looking for stable hours, competitive pay, and strong benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate laminating and related equipment
• Mix adhesives and verify formulas for production runs
• Inspect first-piece quality and ensure product meets specifications
• Read and interpret job orders and production instructions
• Load materials, change rolls, and manage substrates during operation
• Maintain clean and safe work areas (SQF/food safety standards)
• Monitor quality, report defects, and escalate safety concerns
• Handle hazardous materials and waste per guidelines
• Support continuous improvement, audits, and safety programs

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of machine operator or manufacturing experience (lamination a plus)
• Ability to read a ruler/tape measure and perform basic math
• Experience working with chemicals or adhesives preferred
• Strong attention to quality, safety, and attendance
• Comfortable working in an industrial/manufacturing environment
