Pay Rate: C ommission structure 50/50 split. Average hourly pay is $35 plus tip.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct intake consultations to understand client needs and goals
• Deliver personalized massage treatments including Swedish, deep tissue, and [list other specialties]
• Maintain a clean and professional treatment room
• Document client progress and treatment plans
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client comfort

Qualifications:

• State license in massage therapy
• Minimum 6 months of experience
• Experience with various massage modalities (a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic and ability to prioritize tasks
