The Jr. Software / Platform Engineer is responsible for supporting the development and delivery of modern web applications that contribute to MetLife’s digital platforms in the United States . This role is designed to help strengthen MetLife’s technology capabilities by enabling early ‑ career engineers to learn, contribute, and grow while supporting customer ‑ focused solutions.

Location Expectation: This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office.
The expected salary range for this position is $55,800 - $76,000 . This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation and stock-based long-term incentives. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
