🔨 What You’ll Do

• Prepare and assemble steel materials with your team
• Operate machinery to cut, shape, and process steel components (training provided)
• Rotate through various production tasks to support workflow
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

🏭 Work Environment

• Non-climate-controlled manufacturing facility (can get hot)
• Standard 8‑hour shifts with options for 10‑hour shifts
• Occasional Saturdays
• Overtime for all hours over 8 per day + all Saturday hours

⏰ Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM (Monday–Friday)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Washington, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.25 - $30.00/hr.
