Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a General Production Worker where you will play a crucial role in the production process by sorting, lifting, catching, and packaging tiles while ensuring quality control. You will operate production machinery, prepare and mix raw materials for ceramic tiles and glazes, and perform basic assembly tasks. This role requires working in a challenging environment with responsibilities that include stacking tiles from a pallet onto a conveyor and cleaning when the line isn't running.

Responsibilities

  • Sort, lift, catch, and package tiles while inspecting for quality control.
  • Stack tiles from a pallet onto a conveyor.
  • Clean the production line when not in operation by sweeping and spraying down with a hose.
  • Prepare and mix raw materials for ceramic tiles and glazes.
  • Operate production machinery and perform basic assembly tasks.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in production, general labor, and general production.
  • Previous manufacturing experience.
  • Strong attention to detail with an interest in advancing to operator roles.
  • Experience working in an old industrial environment around large machines and equipment.
  • Ability to solve practical problems using logic and work independently under general supervision.
  • Demonstrated track record of exceptional attendance, reliability, and performance.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane Valley, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
