Job Description

This role involves working as a successful Profile Technician who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The position focuses on safely completing processes associated with manufacturing order-specific profiles. This includes handling raw materials, conducting quality checks, and packaging the finished product.

• Ensure correct materials in appropriate quantities are supplied to the production lines.
• Successfully complete line and equipment start-ups in a timely manner.
• Perform color and tool changeovers while operating profile lines following established procedures.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure client specifications for color, pattern, length, and width are met.

• Experience in production and manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency in extrusion and machine operation.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Competence in measurements, assembly, inspection, and using measurement tools such as rulers.

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to recognize and act upon tasks needing completion with little to no supervision.
• Capability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Desire and ability to work in a team-based environment where decision-making is collaborative.
• Motivation to enhance skills and progress within the company.

The role is based in a manufacturing facility where plastic extrusion takes place. It can get hot when working close to the machines.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Green Bay, WI.

The pay range for this position is $18.92 - $24.86/hr.
