Dinasty Security Services is hiring a dependable Unarmed Security Guard for an overnight construction site post. We're looking for someone who understands the responsibility the role carries — a person who recognizes the value of solid security service, understands what clients expect from their guards, and delivers on that expectation every shift. The Role at a Glance

• Position: Unarmed Security Guard
• Shift: Full-Time, Graveyard (overnight)
• Site Type: Active construction site
• Start: Immediate openings

What You'll Do

• Conduct active foot and golf cart patrols to maintain a visible security presence
• Monitor for unauthorized access, theft, trespassing, and safety concerns
• Secure gates, trailers, containers, and designated areas — report issues immediately
• Complete daily activity and incident reports accurately and on time
• Follow all post orders, client instructions, and site safety procedures

✔ What We're Looking For

• Valid California Guard Card (required)
• Reliable transportation to the site
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check
• Punctual, professional, able to stand and walk for extended periods
• Computer literate — comfortable with email, data entry, Google Sheets, digital patrol apps, uploading photos, and basic troubleshooting
• Bilingual English/Spanish — preferred
• Construction site security experience — preferred, not required

Project-Specific Expectations

• OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certification required for this assignment
• Must be available for nights, weekends, holidays, and schedule adjustments
• No earbuds, headphones, or distractions while on duty
• Required to attend safety meetings and maintain professional conduct at all times
