Forklift Operator / Material Handler Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $16.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 05:00am to 03:30pm )

• Safely operate forklifts to move pallets of mulch, soil, and landscaping materials throughout the facility and yard.
• Load and unload trucks, ensuring products are stacked securely and accurately.
• Supply production lines with required materials and remove finished goods for staging or storage.
• Complete basic documentation, follow inventory procedures, and communicate material shortages or issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all equipment and safety guidelines.

Forklift Operator / Material Handler Qualifications:

• Previous forklift experience preferred; certification is helpful but not always required.
• Ability to operate sit down forklifts safely while handling heavy or uneven palletized materials.
• Must follow all safety procedures and be comfortable working in outdoor or dusty production areas.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast paced, high-volume environment.
• High school diploma preferred.
