Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and executing event marketing campaigns and fundraising initiatives
• Represent nonprofit clients at live events, pop-ups, and community outreach programs
• Engage attendees to communicate campaign goals and encourage donations or participation
• Build and maintain relationships with community members, donors, and supporters
• Distribute promotional materials and provide accurate information about nonprofit causes
• Track event performance, donor engagement, and outreach metrics
• Collaborate with team members to meet campaign and fundraising goals

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable interacting with diverse audiences
• Interest in event marketing, nonprofit fundraising, and community outreach
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or volunteering is a plus
