About the Role

Bottomless Promotion is seeking a detail-oriented Communications Associate to support internal coordination and client communication during in-person campaigns and events.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication between internal teams and clients.
• Provide clear information to customers during events.
• Assist with organizing schedules, materials, and reports.
• Support event coordination and daily operations.
• Maintain accurate communication records and documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized, professional, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, on-site environments.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
