Project Manager - Heavy Civil Construction

Are you an experienced professional with a background in heavy civil project management? We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team, specializing in bridge construction, footings, drilling, and concrete projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the execution of heavy civil projects, ensuring safety, quality, and budget adherence.
* Collaborate with teams to deliver projects on time while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship and client satisfaction.
* Manage project workflows, including scheduling, procurement, and on-site operations.
* Contribute to estimating processes to support successful bidding efforts (preferred but not required).

Qualifications:

* 3+ years of experience in heavy civil project management.
* Expertise in bridge construction, foundations, drilling, or concrete work is a plus.
* Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage multiple crews effectively.
