Salary: $119,000 - 159,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Epic Cadence and Referrals Certification is mandatory and a minimum of one year of experience with the Cadence application is highly desirable.
• Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with various levels of staff.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with other application teams.
• Ability to work well within a team environment.
• Capacity to work independently and take initiative.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
• Experience interacting with the public while maintaining composure and professionalism.
• Minimum of one years experience as an Epic analyst.
• Knowledge of handling confidential patient information.

• Collaborate with staff to address support, maintenance, and evaluation of the Clinical Information System.
• Serve as a communication link between the IS Department and clinical areas.
• Develop training materials and educational sessions for clinical staff on the clinical applications.
• Lead IS projects for implementing new updates and features in clinical applications.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Clinical Information System and its integration with other systems.
• Assist clinical personnel in diagnosing and resolving computer-related issues while providing training for team members.
• Plan, design, test, implement, and maintain functionality for Cadence and Referrals applications.
• Manage project requirements through effective communication with project leaders, analysts, clinical leadership, and users.
• Document system specifications and maintain comprehensive system documentation.
• Mentor colleagues as needed and keep leadership updated on application and project developments.
• Ensure reliable and timely service delivery for system functionalities.
• Stay informed about the latest system improvements and participate in testing and upgrades.
• Oversee security role assignments for end users and manage help desk inquiries and tickets.
• Take ownership of personal professional development and foster a collaborative team environment.
