Key Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Provide friendly and professional service to all patrons, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Bar Operations: Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine.
• Customer Engagement: Build positive relationships with guests while offering recommendations and upselling menu items.
• Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the proper handling of glassware and equipment.
• Inventory Management: Assist with monitoring bar inventory and restocking supplies as needed.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Experience as a bartender or in a similar role preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Schedule
